Dear Sirs,
Acting as Owners general agent we are looking for the Company to nominate as our sub-agent for the port of Sillamäe for our vessels doing shipments of petroleum products.

Shipment details:
  • vessels: three sister-ships as per ITC attached;
  • original port of loading: Yaroslavl, Russia;
  • port of transit/departure: Saint-Petersburg, Russia;
  • port of arrival/discharging: Sillamäe, ALEXELA terminal;
  • shipment period: May-October, 2016;
  • vsls’ schedule: twice a month for each vsl;
  • vessels: three sister-ships as per ITC attached.

    • You are kindly requested to submit PDA for port call Sillamäe indicating:
  • all port dues, tugs’ service fee, etc on basic tariffs without any «mark-ups» or rebates;
  • «sub total» figure for all port costs;
  • best agency fee on «LUMPSUM» basis;
  • «total» as per PDA.

    • Your PDA to be sent with covering letter reflecting a brief overview of the Company, showing the experience on agency field and especially on ALEXELA terminal.
